Whether We Are There Or Not, The Pride Of The Uniform Will Always Be There: Trailer Of Sam Bahadur Released, Vicky Kaushal Impressed
The trailer of Vicky Kaushal’s film Sam Bahadur has been released. This is the biopic of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. Apart from Vicky, many other well-known actors including Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra were glimpsed in the trailer.
Directed by Meghna Gulzar, this film will be released in theaters on December 1. The film will clash with Ranbir Kapoor’s starrer ‘Animal’.
Manekshaw was seen motivating his soldiers
The trailer of the film begins with Guruvani’s lines where Sam Manekshaw inspires his soldiers by saying, ‘Sura so pehchaniye, jo larai deen ke het, purja-purja kat marai kabhu na chhade khet..’
It then showed how Sam Manekshaw led the Indian Army and helped India win the 1971 Indo-Pak war.
Apart from Vicky, Fatima Sana Shaikh as former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and Sanya Malhotra as Sam’s wife are also seen in the trailer.

Important aspects of Manekshaw’s life will be presented
Although many important aspects of Sam Manekshaw’s life will be presented in the film, it mainly shows the India-Pakistan war of 1971. The film showcases Manekshaw’s passion and enthusiasm for the Indian Army, which is clearly visible in its trailer.
Manekshaw had served the country wearing uniform for 40 years and his style has been copied exactly by Vicky Kaushal in the film. Overall the trailer is fantastic and Vicky Kaushal’s acting is tremendous.
Vicky Kaushal has also shared this trailer on his Instagram. He wrote, ‘For the Indian Army, for the country and its people, here is a glimpse of the story of India’s greatest soldier.’ This film, directed by Meghna Gulzar, will be released in theaters on December 1.
